Duration: 6 months (start work by 24th Feb 2025)
Salary: $3-3.5K
Job Scope:
- Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
- Handle reclass / financial matters
- First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
- Work closely with Shared Services team on the search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests
- Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring - Coordinate EOM reports for billing, audit purpose
- General admin matters
