Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of IT Infrastructure and Security solutions. This role focuses on driving key transformation projects, including Digital Office and Privileged Access Management, while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
The Role
- Design and implement IT Infrastructure and Security solutions, including end-user computing services, authentication services, IDAM/PAM, storage systems, network architecture, and security frameworks.
- Translate business requirements and roadmaps into actionable, high-quality technical solutions and architectures.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies to address technical challenges.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including designs, configurations, and infrastructure diagrams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for IT Infrastructure and Security.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in IT Infrastructure and Security projects.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and cybersecurity tools.
- Proficiency in end-user computing, authentication, access management, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and automation tools.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and compliance standards (e.g., PCIDSS, ISO27001).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
