Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain office supplies, ensure proper inventory levels, and manage purchasing.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or management.
- Maintain and manage calendars, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Help plan and coordinate office events, conferences, and meetings.
- Arrange logistics for events such as room bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage relationships with external parties and support contract and procurement activities.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
