- Manage and provide support for SAP modules (FICO, MM, PS, Ariba) and budgeting systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices, and integration issues, proposing effective alternatives.
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes and service requests on time and within the specified project schedule.
- Lead project teams, effectively managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee the integration of non-SAP systems with SAP modules, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
- Gather user requirements and document business needs.
- Improve workflows by analyzing and optimizing current processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and service requests with quality.
- Create functional specifications for business users.
- Develop technical specifications for developers.
- Develop SAP programs, reports, or interfaces to meet business needs.
- Prepare and execute test scripts for system testing.
- Support users in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide post-implementation support for system maintenance.
- Lead project assignments, managing scope and key stakeholders.
- Handle interfaces between non-SAP systems and SAP modules (MM/PS/GL/AP).
- Model forecasting and budgeting software for decision-making.
Requirements/skillset:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance techno-functional roles and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Expertise in the following areas:
- Must-have: SAP Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS) modules.
- Good-to-have: SAP ABAP and Adaptive Planning (Workday) but not must.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management and staff.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
