Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the Construction Industry.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Sales or any related field.
- Prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive, preferably in Construction or Marine Industry.
- A result-driven and well-organized individual.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess outstanding project management, leadership skills, good negotiation and sales skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Remuneration will be from $2500 - $4500 (Basic + Sales Commission)
