The role: Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre, and other associated business unit as instructed by the management. Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in projects and addition & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor.
- Facilitate & manage assigned projects within given deadline and budget.
- Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills.
- Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels.
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department.
- Support the car park operations.
- Assist in any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work/project complete within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff.
- Work with co-colleagues and contractors to ensure that all physical plants & equipment are serviced as per planned schedule.
- Ensure effective communication & co-ordination with vendors & sub-contractors for work to be carried out.
