Responsibilities:
- Execute service and maintenance workflows to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise closely with client representatives to address all service and maintenance-related issues effectively.
- Assist supervisors in deploying teams for service deliveries and distributing responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain and troubleshoot security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with security systems (Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems).
- Willingness to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside regular working hours.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
