Job Opportunity: Contract Strategic Procurement Executive

Contract Duration: Till mid-October 2025
Work Location: Bus pick-up to and from Boon Lay MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,600 per month + prorated completion bonus
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests, ensuring all requests are processed, tracked, and fulfilled efficiently.
Prepare administrative tasks, including raising QAFs, Sample POs, and other related duties.
Update and maintain purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
Manage and expedite Sample POs to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain data within the Global Purchasing Database.
Assist buyers with project coordination.
Perform office administrative duties, including handling incoming mails and parcels.
