Facilities Supervisor
up to $3,500.00 per month
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday : 7.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.
Changing shift every 2 week
Areas of Responsibility –
Ensure compliance to Regulatory, Safety and Standards (GMP, ISO)
Carry out scheduled maintenance of building and facility equipment
Ensure all facility equipment is in good working condition
Lead, supervise and motivate the team of technicians
Ensure expenses are within the budget
Ensure proper project management
Liaise with contractors and PE to ensure proper maintenance work is carried out
Liaise with Pest Control and Grass Cutting Contractors timely
Ensure the documents and reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner
Develop training program to build up the team capability
Ensure and comply to Safe work practice at all time
Drive continuous improvement program
Carry out any other work-related job as assigned by the Management
