The Opportunity:
- Client: Government-Operated Management
- Location: Serangoon
- Salary: Up to $2,900 (Basic)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for all e-shop portals, including virtual inventory processes during presales and major launches.
- Validate daily online fraud reports and perform document verifications.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Monitor and highlight trending incidents on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all cases are resolved and properly logged in the system.
- Conduct manual callbacks to customers and follow up on orders arising from online sales issues.
- Perform manual interventions for order-related issues, such as stuck orders, failed transactions, and rejections.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" / "A" Levels or Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient, proactive, and a good team player.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
