- Salary: $2500 - $2800, AWS, performance bonus
- Hybrid work arrangement after 3 months probation period
Job responsibilities:
- Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
- Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
- Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
- Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
- Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
- Update staff leave records
- Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
- Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
- Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
- Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Candidates with no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
