- Requires strong observation skills to ensure each ring meets high quality standards.
- Must have excellent eyesight to inspect fine details in rings.
- Fluent in billigual proficiency is a plus for diverse client interactions.
- Handle basic duties like tracking orders, scheduling repairs, and managing collections.
- Must present a polished, professional image when interacting with clients.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
- Willingness to learn ring engraving (training provided).
Job Requirements
- Available for a 6-day work week, 9AM - 8 PM
- Minimum Diploma certification in any field of study.
- Previous retail experience required.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
