  • Conduct assessments to determine children's learning and developmental needs.
  • Administer, score, and interpret specialized psychological assessments.
  • Develop intervention goals and plans to support children’s learning and development.
  • Document assessment results and intervention outcomes in Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and End-of-Intervention (EOI) reports.
  • Create, implement, and monitor personalized intervention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to Learning Support Educators (LSEds) and preschool teachers in applying customized strategies.
  • Offer advice to parents/caregivers on utilizing personalized strategies to support their children.
  • Train or co-train LSEds, preschool teachers, and parents/caregivers on specific behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Identify training and support needs, and lead the development of early intervention resources for preschool staff and parents/caregivers.
  • Monitor and track key clinical performance indicators (e.g., achievement of IEP goals, evaluations).
  • Lead or contribute to research and quality improvement projects.
  • Lead or co-lead special projects aimed at enhancing the inclusion of children with learning and developmental needs.
  • Perform any other executive tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Psychology or Educational Psychology.
  • Must be full registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • A minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Prior experience in assessments and working with preschool children or children with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or Learning Disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
