- Position : HSEQ Executive - Steel-Work/Machinery (Gul Circle)
- Location : Gul Circle
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5:15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 21)

Main Responsibilities:
- Support gaining and maintaining ISO certification and other relevant certifications
- Assist in quality and HSE auditing in Singapore and Australia
- Investigate incidents and product nonconformity to identify causes and prevention methods
- Ensure quality procedures are adhered to throughout the organization
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on manufacturing and installation processes
- Support and promote the company's incident reporting and management system
- Identify and minimize exposure to risks and hazards
- Coordinate with the business on training and dialogue sessions with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Participate in HSE committee meetings and implement HSE procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to product safety and quality
- Submit monthly quality reports, including data on notifications, workflow, and cost impact
- Chair monthly QIP meetings and monitor notifications
- Provide guidance to the business on HSE and QMS expertise
- Train and mentor technicians and quality assurance team members on system aspects
- Administrative Tasks
- Control system documentation and procedures for Southeast Asia, including Australia
- Act as secretary for monthly quality meetings
- Perform other quality and HSE tasks as directed
Requirements:
- Qualification in Engineering, Safety, Quality or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years or more working experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing (steel-work related / machinery) environment
- Minimum of 2 years or more working experience in managing HSE programs in Industrial or manufacturing environment with experience in construction industry is desirable.
