Job Description:
- Generate sales quotations as requested by customers or the sales team.
- Process orders in the system and follow up with customers regarding delivery timelines, including managing system project orders, placing purchase orders with suppliers, and overseeing logistics matters.
- Release shipments for picking and packing, coordinating with freight forwarders for pickups.
- Assist Field Service with service orders and billing.
- Address quality complaints between customers and the source plant.
- Update lead times for equipment parts.
- Monitor and follow up on incoming shipments (including equipment parts) for system projects.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or a Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel).
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics, order management, and quality control processes.
