Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical tooling support to Tool & Die (T&D) and production teams, ensuring tools meet quality and efficiency requirements.
- Collaborate with the Design department and toolmakers to improve tooling performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the tooling team in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and skill development through training and guidance.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to prioritize schedules and ensure tool readiness for production needs.
- Manage tooling modifications, resource allocation, and support the Principal Engineer in their absence.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Precision Engineering or a related field.
- Technical qualifications in Tool & Die Making will be advantageous.
