Descriptions:
- Supervision of construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme.
- Work closely with the site foreman, who is responsible for organising construction works on site, and report to the project manager.
- Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works.
- Ensure all M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at construction site.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.
- Able to understand the AutoCAD, PNID, BQ & sketch Isometric drawing
Requirement:
- Possess 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor field
- As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years
- Must be able to use Microsoft Project software
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period preferred
