We are seeking an entrepreneurial Category Manager, FMCG Non-Food who will be responsible for the sourcing and merchandising of a category within foodpanda’s New Verticals team.
- Full P&L responsibility for the assigned Non-food categories, including revenue, margin & other supplier income.
- Develop and execute aligned category strategy to meet with KPIs
- Ensure pandamart has the right selections and best prices in the market.
- Work with existing suppliers to negotiate cost, funding and terms improvement, secure supplier marketing and advertising spend, and ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our fulfilment centre.
- Work to develop new sourcing and extended range to ensure we have high quality, good value goods available to our customers year-round.
- Employ data-driven decision-making to drive the category. Work closely with marketing and supply chain to forecast demand and ensure consistent supply
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Imports, Pricing, Strategy, Finance and Marketing to deliver strategic projects that allow pandamart to offer the best customer experience.
