Responsibilities:
- Brand Advocacy: Promote and represent the ONLY brand with passion, effectively communicating and demonstrating an understanding of all our services.
- Professional Treatments: Perform tech-based luxury hair and scalp treatments with excellent skill and a service-oriented attitude.
- Service Delivery: Conduct head massages, wash & blow styling services, hair spa treatments, and hair loss solutions for clients.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining a professional standard and delivering personalized advice on treatments and procedures.
- Consultation: Offer expert consultations and professional advice to clients regarding treatment options and product recommendations.
- Service Standards: Deliver hair spa and wellness therapy services in line with our organizational standards and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory levels of hair care supplies, reporting any shortages promptly.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Client Engagement: Play an active role in customer referrals and retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Frontline Duties: Manage appointment scheduling, reception, and general customer service tasks.
- Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Option for 5 or 6 days work week available, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Full-time, permanent position with flexibility required based on operational needs.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive 2 weeks training program by experienced Aestheticians including hands-on skills for a variety of device-based aesthetic treatments for Face, Skin, Body, and Scalp.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth and career advancement.
- Opportunities given to multi-function staff to learn and try out different job roles.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the hairdressing field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced hair and scalp technologies and treatments.
- Relevant certifications or training in hair and scalp care.
