Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders
- Assist with order changes, cancellations, and amendments as required by the customer.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Address customer complaints or issues.
- Offer product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Liaison with other departments on orders tracking status and fulfillment details
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions for future reference.
- Address and resolve any problems or discrepancies related to billing, product quality, service delivery or returns/exchange.
- Gather customer feedback to share with the management team for continuous service improvement.
- Assist with administrative duties that support sales, marketing campaigns, or customer outreach efforts.
