- Evaluate children with learning and developmental issues using screening tools and provide targeted interventions.
- Design and implement Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) and Development Support Programmes (DSP) tailored to children’s needs.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and the centre principal to integrate strategies and support classroom participation.
- Conduct training for families and staff, sharing updated practices and strategies to support children’s developmental progress.
Requirements:
- SDESN Certified
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience with children with developmental needs.
