Job Scope:
- Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialisation in line with overall strategic direction and objectives
- Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes
- Manage and timely deliver assigned projects
- Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting
- Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant
- Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
- Assist on planning and transfromation of current documentation system into paperless system
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Food Science/ any relevant field
- Min 2-3 years of experience
- Preferably with some dairy internship experience
