Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, creative) to deliver integrated marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Coordinate events and promotions to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
