- Oversee cafeteria operations, including staff supervision, menu planning, and food cost management, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and clients while managing staff rosters, reports, and central ordering systems.
- Lead health and safety initiatives, report incidents, and complete HSE training to uphold a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Services or equivalent.
- At least of 3 years of experience in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
