Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the international freight forwarding industry, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operation processes, including import/export logistics, and the ability to analyze and optimize cost structures.
- Provide orresponding quotation and solution according to customer requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and address complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and accurate documentation for international shipments.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in logistic related profession with experience of import & export trade will be a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from China.
