Our client is a Singapore based company, in Electronics Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager to assist their Sales team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East - easily accessible.
Duties of Sales Manager:
- Drive revenue growth to meet the company’s annual targets.
- Follow up with customers to achieve sales aligned with the budget plan.
- Understand and work towards achieving team budget targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to develop actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for product updates and demonstrations.
- Gather market and customer insights to align with the company’s product roadmap.
- Introduce latest technologies to customers and identify optimal strategies for each product/customer.
- Coordinate with business partners to execute tailored business models.
- Prepare sales analysis, trip, and project reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
- Provide detailed marketing reports by product, market, or country.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for international partners and clients, addressing needs and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in electronics industry
- Willing to travel overseas
