We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust CNC milling and lathe machines for automated machining operations.
Operate CNC machinery to produce parts and tools from various materials.
Monitor the machining process to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., gauges, calipers).
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety, production, and technical guidelines.
Requirement
Demonstrated ability to interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.
Experience in setting up and operating CNC and conventional milling machines.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
