Job Description
To provide general quality patient management pertaining to the non-medical aspect of the clinic Such as:
- Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients’ appointments including sending reminders
- Answering phone/SMS and email queries
- Coordinate booking of investigations, scheduling of procedures with hospitals, labs and other clinics
- Handle payments and prepare submissions for Medisave and insurance claims
- Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
- Assist in performing treadmill tests, ECGs and hook up Holter monitors, ABPs (training will be provided)
- Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties
- Handle patients’ complaints
- To provide administrative work for the clinic:
- Maintain and update all patients’ records and in according to standard guidelines
- Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic
- Any other administrative work involving patients’ care / records / the daily operation of the clinic
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma graduate
- At least 1 year experience in hospital/ medical clinic operation/front desk duties
- Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims
- Proficiency with Plato and computer work
