Trade Operations Officer

• Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,300
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.
