・Organize and Process Financial Transactions: keying data, sorting documents
・Record-Keeping: Up-to-date journal entries to ensure accurate financial data to track existing assets and liabilities. Handle records for inventory, payments, and expenses.
・Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations to ensure line items add up properly.
・Assist in preparing and maintaining Report: reconcile transaction, budget, and expense reports for monthly reporting
・Contributing to Financial Statement Preparation: Assist accountants by compiling data and checking it against internal records.
・Quality Control and Accuracy Checks: Review organizational financial data to ensure it is both accurate and up to date and report them to senior staff members.
・HR Management: Assist in checking and processing of Payrolls.
・Assist with Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Other ad-hoc, office-related duties. These tasks include answering phones, organizing mail, and ordering office supplies.
・Assist and support for Accounting/Admin/HR Managements
Requirements:
・Minimum 'O' Level qualification or equivalent
・Candidates with basic accounting knowledge
・Training is provided
・Familiarity with accounting principles
・1–2 years of experience in the accounting field preferred
