- Plan and maintain a calendar of events for Service Ops.
- Develop and maintain key messaging on initiatives for senior management, and oversee the production of service collaterals to ensure consistency in message across departments within Service Ops
- Oversee internal communication channels, such as the hospital intranet, internet, digital displays and other communication materials.
- Custodian of Service Ops Corporate Identity.
- Custodian of and content development for of service-related write-up on internet and intranet pages
- Craft and highlight success service stories on hospital channels, including submission for internal and external service-related awards to foster a sense of pride and belonging.
- Identify success measurement matrix for communication efforts and evaluate the success through staff feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators, refining strategies as needed.
