Overview:
My client is an energetic company and based in Singapore. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to grow brand awareness, user acquisition, and market share, playing a key role during the app's pre-launch and rollout. You’ll thrive in a dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to market changes to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Research: Develop marketing strategies based on market research and data analysis.
- Brand & App Launch: Build brand visibility and lead marketing efforts for the app’s launch, driving user acquisition and retention.
- Digital & Offline Marketing: Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content) and organize offline events to expand reach.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with partners, including businesses and media, for collaborative opportunities.
- Budget & ROI: Optimize marketing spend to maximize returns.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in startups or mobile internet industries.
- Knowledge of the Singapore market and local user habits.
- Proficiency in digital and offline marketing techniques.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication and execution skills.
