Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Set Accounting: Manage general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Internal Control Compliance: Work closely with the Head of Finance to monitor and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies, including periodic audits and reviews.
  • Rent Collection: Proactively collect rental payments from tenants, following up on overdue or outstanding accounts. Address tenant concerns related to payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company's annual budget. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations between actual and budgeted financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting regular financial and regulatory reports to the head office, ensuring timely and accurate submission in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations, and support the management of working capital.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and efficiency within the department.
