Talent Acquisition Associate
We are representing our clients in the Digital Assets Exchange in search for Talent Acqusition Associate
Responsibility:
- Responsible for staff recruitment worldwide, maintaining good communication and interview arrangement with the hiring manager.
- Search, interview and recommend candidates according to recruitment needs,and ensure the timely replenishment of staff leaving.
- Assist in the development and management of relevant talent search channelsto ensure the effective use of resources.
- Put forward suggestions for improvement of existing recruitment policies,processes, systems, and tools in practice and ensure their implementation, so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment.
- Assist day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee onboarding,off-boarding, visa applications management and general HRadministration.
- Analyze the recruitment daily work regularly, prepare reports and analysedata.
- Support the HR Team to give advice on HR issues to employees andmanagers.
- Support employee development initiatives and engagement events.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of recruitment experience
- Good data analysis ability
- Strong ability to work under pressure, practical, proactive, and diligent.
- As the main point of contact for local HR related queries, you'll be expected torespond clearly, confidentially and with confidence on different issues, acros all levels of the organisation.
