about the job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UX Research Operations Specialist to join our dynamic UX research team. The ideal candidate will support various aspects of UX research projects, from survey preparation to report generation and publicity of findings. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of research activities and the effective communication of insights that drive our product development and user experience strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement user surveys and questionnaires.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to ensure surveys align with research objectives.
- Distribute surveys through appropriate channels and monitor responses.
- Transform complex data sets into clear and visually appealing tables and charts that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings in a logical and professional manner through comprehensive reports.
- Enhance reports with visual elements, charts, and graphics to improve readability and impact.
- Create infographics for public dissemination to enhance data accessibility and understanding.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing research projects.
- Update project management tools and track milestones and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing project documentation and maintaining records.
- Advocate for the importance of research impact within the organization and to external stakeholders.

- Develop engaging content that promotes the value of UX research within the company.
- Oversee the procurement process for research-related tools and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of research materials.
- Ensure timely acquisition of necessary equipment and software.

- Stay updated on the latest software trends and recommend improvements.
skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communication, Business or relevant experience in UX research, market research, or related.
- Experience in using research tools and software (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, UserTesting, SPSS).
- Ability to create visually appealing infographics and reports using tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
