Job Description

Retail Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure seamless and efficient management.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishments, and merchandising to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize POS systems and other tools for monitoring sales, tracking performance, and streamlining store operations.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and staff appearance.

Sales and Customer Experience:

  • Create a customer-centric environment, ensuring all staff deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Drive customer engagement by promoting Company’s brand story and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and product placement strategies to increase sales.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the retail team, including supervisors and front-line staff, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members, ensuring alignment with Company’s values and service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, establish clear objectives, and provide ongoing support for professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.

Financial and Inventory Management:

  • Monitor store budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to cost control measures and profitability targets.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or shortages.
  • Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies and negotiate favorable pricing agreements.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve store performance.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Performance: Demonstrated success in retail operations, leading teams, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software, with a strong understanding of operational tools.
  • Financial Skills: Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, expense management, and profitability analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to effectively lead and inspire teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
