Job Description
Retail Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure seamless and efficient management.
- Manage stock levels, replenishments, and merchandising to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilize POS systems and other tools for monitoring sales, tracking performance, and streamlining store operations.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and staff appearance.
Sales and Customer Experience:
- Create a customer-centric environment, ensuring all staff deliver exceptional service.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Drive customer engagement by promoting Company’s brand story and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and product placement strategies to increase sales.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the retail team, including supervisors and front-line staff, to achieve organizational goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members, ensuring alignment with Company’s values and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, establish clear objectives, and provide ongoing support for professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
Financial and Inventory Management:
- Monitor store budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to cost control measures and profitability targets.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or shortages.
- Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies and negotiate favorable pricing agreements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve store performance.
Job Requirement:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Performance: Demonstrated success in retail operations, leading teams, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software, with a strong understanding of operational tools.
- Financial Skills: Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to effectively lead and inspire teams.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
