Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business unit leaders, and senior management, to enhance visibility and foster collaboration.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with executive management to identify and capitalize on internal and external opportunities.
- Define and execute strategies that support the company's vision and leadership.
- Ensure that communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives.
- Prioritize and drive sales strategies across multiple teams and phases to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and manage multiple channel selling strategies, recommending improvements based on market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years in selling IT services in Singapore.
- Experience managing a portfolio of USD 30 million and above.
- Proven track record in securing single large deals (Total Contract Value) of USD 20 million and above.
- Experience working for large IT services companies.
- Ability to determine gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
- Proficiency in establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes.
- Capability to maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
- Commitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Ability to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results; however, this is an individual contributor role aimed at achieving personal sales targets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing extensive insurance client portfolios, fostering robust customer relationships, and driving significant revenue growth.
- Willingness to undertake 50-60% business travel to Asia-Pacific countries.
