Responsibilities:

  • Compile and submit documents for staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist HR with document preparation.
  • Track customer clearance status and ensure Traceability Matrix includes relevant design and test cases.
  • Compile test documentation from various teams.
  • Raise purchase requisitions/orders and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and engineers.
  • Update cost sheets and file project documents for audits.
  • Generate certification of completion for project milestones.
  • Manage enterprise system administration.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
