Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: Mid-Feb 2025 – 31 Dec 2025
Salary: up to 2600
Key Responsibilities
Arrears Management:
Assist the Asset Support Team in managing arrears, including collecting overdue rent payments from tenants.
Administrative and Ad-hoc Support:
Perform other duties as assigned by the Asset Support Team or management to ensure smooth operations.
