Job Description:
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities related to student services, including attendance management, payments, and stakeholder interactions.
Job Requirements:
- GCE O-Level, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of progressive experience in student services or administrative management within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of student services tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills
