about the job
- Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
- Delivery of technical presentations
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
skills & experience required
- Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
- Min 4 years in end to end exterior façade design
- Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues
- Proficient in CAD and 3D Modelling software - Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software
- Possesses deep understanding about various façade materials
