Job Opportunity: 2-Month Contract Receptionist

Work Location: Central

Contract Duration: 2 Months (Extendable and Convertible)

Salary: Up to $3,000/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and redirect calls promptly.

Mailroom Management:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.

Staff Access Management:

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff access cards.

Daily Workplace Inspections:

Conduct routine inspections to ensure the workplace is well-maintained and operational.

Inventory Tracking:

Monitor and manage pantry and stationery supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
