What you will do
- Customer support responsibilities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Project management involvement, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Support marketing promotion activities to enhance product visibility and market presence
- Engage in clear and effective communication with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Aid in debugging and testing to ensure product quality and reliability
Required Skills
- Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to liaise with our affiliates from different regions.
- Preferred experience in display or scalar-related technologies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts
- Desirable capability in system integration to facilitate seamless collaboration across different components and subsystems
