Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Finance Relationship Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships in the project finance sector, conducting in-depth financal modeling and analysis, ensuring the successful execution and financing of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the assessment and approval process for project financing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate financial solutions.
- Monitor project performance and provide ongoing support to clients.
- conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis.
- Prepare pitchbooks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in project finance transactions in the banking space.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and capital markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Background in infrastructure, energy, or real estate finance.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CFI, etc.) are a plus.
