As a CCH Tagetik Functional and Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for managing internal users, leading the implementation, and optimizing the use of the CCH Tagetik platform across the Singtel group. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal user-related matters, ensuring that the platform supports evolving business needs and is fully leveraged for optimal performance. This position requires both functional and technical expertise in CCH Tagetik, as well as experience in tax reporting and ESG data management.

Make an Impact by:

  • Functional Subject Matter Expert:
    Analyze and assess internal business requirements to ensure CCH Tagetik solutions align with business objectives.
    Lead internal workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to identify functional requirements and processes.
    Configure and customize CCH Tagetik solutions to meet internal user needs.
    Provide best practices on financial management, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, and ESG reporting using CCH Tagetik.
    Develop functional specifications and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
    Ownership and governance on the usage and design of the solution.
  • Technical Subject Matter Expert:
    Provide technical expertise for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of CCH Tagetik internally.
    Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, data models, and reports using CCH Tagetik, ensuring internal data flows are seamless.
    Oversee the integration of CCH Tagetik with internal systems (e.g., ERPs, data warehouses) and manage data migration processes.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform, providing hands-on support to internal teams.
    Ownership and governance on the technical design of the solution.
  • Strategic Oversight & System Optimization:
    Take a helicopter view of the internal system landscape, ensuring that CCH Tagetik is fully integrated and supports business objectives across departments.
    Design scalable, efficient solutions that address both current needs and future growth, balancing functional and technical requirements.
    Proactively identify areas for improvement within the system, from both a functional and technical perspective, and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency.
    Provide recommendations on system performance, automation opportunities, and better alignment with business processes.
  • User Management & Support:
    Manage and provide ongoing support to internal users of the CCH Tagetik platform, ensuring they are utilizing the system to its fullest potential.
    Conduct user training and workshops to ensure internal teams understand the full capabilities of CCH Tagetik, including tax and ESG reporting functionalities.
    Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
    Gather feedback from internal users on system performance and functionality, using this feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as IT, finance, tax, ESG, and AMS outsourced teams, and operations teams, to ensure smooth system delivery and issue resolution.
    Document configurations, custom developments, and integrations for internal reference, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
    Collaborate with other teams (e.g., developers, system admins) to align on system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting CCH Tagetik solutions, including both functional and technical consulting.
  • Experience managing internal users, providing training, support, and troubleshooting across teams within an organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).
  • Experience with tax reporting requirements and integration within financial systems (e.g., VAT, corporate tax compliance) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, regulations, and data management in financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong technical expertise in the CCH Tagetik platform (SQL, scripting, ETL processes) and integration with internal systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses).
  • Proven ability to design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards within CCH Tagetik for internal stakeholders.
  • CCH Tagetik certification or similar relevant certification in financial systems or consulting.
