- Faculty Development: Manage faculty development initiatives and track performance with the Associate Chair (Faculty).
- Faculty Recruitment: Oversee tenure-track and tenured faculty recruitment, planning outreach and candidate identification.
- Faculty Appointments: Manage non-tenure track faculty appointments and re-appointments, handling the entire process.
- Performance Appraisal: Coordinate and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal, ensuring timely completion and policy adherence.
- Promotion & Tenure: Lead and manage the faculty promotion and tenure process, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Fellowship Recruitment: Oversee the Fellowship recruitment process.
- Award Nominations: Assist in nominating faculty for local and international awards in collaboration with the Associate Chair and School Chair.
- LinkedIn Recruitment: Manage LinkedIn Recruiter platform to source candidates for faculty and research staff positions.
- Secretariat Role: Serve as the secretariat for major school meetings and discussions.
