Job Description:
- Oversees the smooth functioning and operation of the service point assigned
- Manage clinic appointment, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
- Manage schedules for the Head of Department
- Assist in event planning and support
- Working with front-counter staff to continually improve patient experience and communications
- Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Management/ Healthcare Management OR Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management OR equivalent
