Responsibilities:
- Purchased, Sales data entry and Sales document filling.
- EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents.
- To prepare documents for/ to billing.
- Coordinate with trading staff/ customer/ vendors.
- Performance management duties.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Possess knowledge of compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and policies (e.g., Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements).
- Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics management
- Certification in Import/Export Operations (optional but beneficial)
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter
