Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Allocate resources and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance and report to management as needed.
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and manage risks related to schedule, cost, and performance.
- Track progress and ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Develop leadership skills through ongoing practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise across all project lifecycle stages (planning, requirements, design, testing, rollout, and transition).
- Experience managing information systems projects.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and ethical AI.
- Defence sector project experience is a plus.
- PMP/CITPM certification is a plus.
