Responsibilities:
- Understanding the in-house Technical Guideline to support developers
- Supporting Developers and QCs as a Bridge Engineer
- Day-to-day technical support and translation of IT technical documents
- Proficient in in-house tools and IT systems, providing key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region, particularly with call center systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ yrs experience in project management within a software development environment with project roadmap, project planning, project deliverables, and team management (especially offshore teams and onsite teams)
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) ※Daily communication with the Japanese headquarters and understanding of requirements are essential
- MUST have deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- MUST experience in Microservice Architecture and Highly Availability Architecture for Enterprise Workloads
- Ability to evaluate technical proposals and architecture diagrams
- Experience in Web development (web application & web services) with Javascript Stacks (Node JS, Express JS, React JS, Vue JS, SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience in cloud development i.e AWS, GCP
- Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Experience of the working in Call Center as operator and supervisor, or a strong understanding of Call Center Operation
